Activities Team Member

Join our team as an Activities Team Member at a global, IP-led touring VR experience… coming into a shopping mall near you!

Initially based in London (Shepherds Bush) then moving to other UK locations this limited-time location-based VR experience is setting off on the UK leg of its tour.

This action packed experience needs a passionate team to bring it to life (literally!)

As a member of our activities team, you will deliver outstanding experiences for our guests ensuring their time with us is a memorable one. You will be responsible for the safety of our guests by greeting them and guiding them through the experience.

You will be assisting the guests as they enter an exhilarating adventure and will be monitoring game play.

We are looking for team members with sparkle and passion that are genuinely interested in delivering high quality guest service; a team-playing attitude is a must.

Contract: fixed term various hour contracts available. Weekends & Bank Holidays included. The fixed term contract will be for a period between 6-16 weeks.

This opportunity is open to all, the government states that if you are on furlough and your contract allows you may undertake other employment for the time your current employer has placed you on furlough.

Salary: £10.85 per hour

Join our team as an Activities Team Member at I’m a Celebrity … Jungle Challenge!

This attraction is home to an exciting mix of tasks and trials based around the iconic Main Camp, Croc Creek and Snake Rock in the ultimate jungle encounter.  Our guests can enjoy the action packed challenge through jungle ziplines, tree top ropes course and vertical climbing walls. Our campmates will face their fears, test their nerve and agility, collecting as many stars as they can for a chance to be crowned “King” or “Queen” of the jungle!

You will need a head for heights as in this role you will be supporting our guests through the challenges which means you may be stationed in the treetops!

As a member of our operational team, you will deliver outstanding experiences for our guests ensuring their time with us is a memorable one. You will be ensuring the health and safety of our guests as they complete challenges. You will be responsible for the safety of our guests on site, checking their safety equipment, monitoring game play, operating the activities and assisting guests throughout their time in the attraction.

Using your vibrant personality, you will also motivate guests to overcome fears and win those stars!

Hospitality Team Member

Join our team as a Hospitality Team Member

Do you want create memories for our guests in our growing portfolio of story-led experiences? If so we are the high-quality tourist attraction and leisure brand for you

As a member of our Hospitality and Events team, using your vibrant personality, you will greet guests at our events giving them the warmest of welcomes and an outstanding service.

You will support the Manager on shift to ensure the smooth set up and running of primarily evening events, weddings and private hire functions, whilst making sure all guests are happy and receive outstanding service throughout the event.

A team-playing attitude is a must.
