Thank you for visiting one of our award-winning, UK-wide attractions. We hope you had a great time and created many memories. 

As an attraction operator we want to make sure the experiences our guests encounter is as enjoyable as possible, as such we really value yourfeedback and take the time to read through all given comments. 

To show our appreciation for guests giving us this feedback, we wanted to offer something back in return and are giving guests the opportunity to win a family visit to an attraction of their choice within our portfolio.

So for you chance to win a family ticket and uncover the mysteries and legends of the Loch Ness Centre, in the Scottish Highlands, to take in the scenic surroundings of GreenWood Family Park in North Wales or to climb Spinnaker Tower on England’s south coast simply complete the survey where prompted on the email you have received.

Competition Terms and Conditions

  • By entering the prize draw, you are agreeing to this prize draw’s terms and conditions.

  • The prize draw is open to entrants over 18 years of age (staff members are excluded from the draw).

  • The prize draw will be taken quarterly, and a winner will be chosen from all entries given in the prior 12-month period. 

  • In entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win.

    • The prize draw is free to enter, and you will automatically be entered into the draw, unless you request otherwise. Should you wish to remove yourself from the draw please contact us at datarequests@continuumattractions.com and we will ensure you are not in contention to win the prize

    • The prize will be a family ticket (2 adults, 2 children) to ONE of our attractions namely: The Loch Ness Centre; York’s Chocolate Story; Oxford Castle & Prison; The Real Mary King’s Close; The Spinnaker Tower; The Coronation Street Experience; The Emmerdale Village Tour; or GreenWood Family Park 

    • Tickets will be valid for a period of 12 months from the winning date and the winner of the draw will be informed over email.

    • Tickets must be booked in advance via the respective attraction, and that attraction’s website. For support in booking your visit please contact marketing@continuumattractions.com

    • The prize is non-transferable and must be used by the winner selected.

        • The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

        • One winner will be selected at random from across all entries, quarterly. If the winner selected does not respond to notification of their win within 14 days of the second attempt at correspondence, they will lose their right to the prize.

        • The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.

          • The decision of Continuum Attractions, regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into about it.

          • You consent to any personal information you provide in entering the prize draw being used by Continuum Attractions and our group of attractions, for the purposes of administering the prize draw, and for those purposes as defined within our privacy notice.

          • All personal information shall be used in accordance with the Continuum Attractions Privacy Notice.

          • Continuum Attractions does not provide any form of practical or IT support for this prize. On receipt, all responsibilities relating to warranty and the product are that of the prize winner.

          • Continuum Attractions reserves the right to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.

          • The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
