Tour Guide

Our Tour Guides are responsible for delivering an exceptional experience ensuring all of our guests take away lasting memories. Using a mix of expert knowledge and humour, they host and deliver scripted content with an injection of their own creative flair.

Bags of personality is a must. Our tour guides get the opportunity to be centre stage and deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Guest Services and Retail

The guest is at the forefront of everything we do at Continuum. Our guest services team are responsible for delivering outstanding experiences for our guests ensuring their time with us is a memorable one.

Using their vibrant personality, our guest service team greet and host our guests giving them the warmest of welcomes and a reason to return. Dependant on the attraction you could be working in the sites retail space, on admissions or at our photography stations – these roles are highly varied and allow you to use your sparkle and passion to engage with our guests!

Food and Beverage

Our Food and Beverage teams are passionate about providing our guests locally sourced food and drink to complement their visit.

Whether you are part of our team as a Food and Beverage Assistant, Chef or Food and Beverage Manager, you’ll share our enthusiasm for local food and unique dining experiences. From high teas in The Clouds at Emirates Spinnaker Tower to homemade soup in Greenwood’s Woodbarn café, we develop our food and beverage offer to compliment the attraction.

Marketing

At Continuum Attractions we have a uunique but co-ordinated approach to marketing and strategy covering our attractions across the UK. We not only have a Group Marketing Team, based in York, to provide support and expertise – we also have marketing teams at each of our attractions. With such a varied portfolio of attractions the marketing teams have the opportunity to be creative and innovative in their approaches.

Our goal is to be the outstanding leisure brand. To do that, we need the most creative thinkers, the strongest strategists, and the savviest planners. In short, we need the best marketers in the country in our team.

People (HR)

Our People is what makes us special and with over 450 team members across the UK our People Team have a big job on their hands. Our People Team has the employee experience at the heart of everything they do. Yes, there are policies to produce, practices to embed but with everything they do they consider the team. From developing internal training courses, to the reviewing and launching comprehensive benefits and developing a breadth of opportunities no two days are the same.

Our People team are constantly working to ensure that everyone feels supported and inspired, and has opportunities to learn and grow. With such a unique team, that’s a huge challenge but a very exciting one.
