Our teams are led by an expert strategic team who are focussed on growth, innovation and excellence in engaging with people, making memories and building partnerships and sustainable commercial success for the future.
Below is a brief introduction to our leadership team.
Juliana Delaney FTS – Chief Executive
Juliana has been at the forefront of visitor attraction success stories for the last 30 years, and was a founding member of the company under its first brand – Heritage.
Juliana has brought all Continuum’s attractions to fruition; including Portsmouth’s Emirates Spinnaker Tower, and more recently Coronation Street The Tour. She heads a talented team of 400 – passionate about delivering unforgettable experiences for all their visitors.
Juliana also sits on the board of Marketing Edinburgh and chairs a group within the Tourism Council created under a new partnership between government and the tourism and hospitality sectors.
Andrew Pawson – Group Finance Director
Andrew joined the company in the 1980s, progressing to the role of Finance Director of the Group in 2009.
He brings a wealth of expertise, a level of pragmatism and a down to earth, realistic approach to ensuring sustainable commercial success and growth and therefore a return to all stakeholders. Working closely with all parties involved, Andrew is responsible for shaping the commercial deals with Continuum Attractions’ partners.
Kevin Smith MInstSRM (Dip) – Group Attractions Director
Kevin joined Continuum Attractions in 2000 following many years in the leisure industry and is now Group Attractions Director. He uses his ‘hands on’ project management skills to oversee all attraction developments, bringing them to market within a commercial framework whilst ensuring all the legal and process requirements of accountability and Health & Safety are delivered.
Jules Ozbek – Group Head of Sales & Marketing
Jules is the newest addition to the team, having joined us in 2016 following four years at English Heritage with a strong marketing background in the tourism industry. Responsible for promoting our entire portfolio, Jules has already had a great impact on our sales and marketing.
Richard Briggs – Group Head of Development
Richard has worked on all of Continuum Attractions’ current attraction portfolio. As he leads the development of the visitor offer for our business from in-house guest photography to new interpretation and display techniques, Richard ensures the offer is always fresh and new.
Dorothy Stubbs – Group Head of HR
With 28 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Dorothy brings the best out of the company’s most important assets – our people. From arranging Disney-style training through to keeping up with vital HR policies and procedures, Dorothy ensures HR is the focus of our business strategy.
Paul Mahy – Group Head of Operations
Paul brings to Continuum Attractions many years of experience of management within the holiday and active leisure sector having worked for quality brands such as Airtours and Thomson Holidays before joining JJB fitness. Paul is responsible for each of our operational attractions, covering responsibilities from guest experience and health and safety through to commercial revenue generation.
Emily Hirons – Deputy Group Head of Operations
Emily’s strength is in building award winning teams to deliver excellent guest service and commercial success. With a background in heritage, and events management Emily has managed sites around the country and works to ensure that operational needs are always balanced by great experiences and authentic stories.
Erica Lee – Group Retail Manager
Erica delivers the quality and business brain to our retail function. Her background with Merlin Entertainments and Kew Gardens/Wakehurst Place in Visitor Services and Retail have given her a great insight into the diversity that visitor attractions and tourism retailing bring. Erica has a keen eye for detail and product selection, matched with an accuracy on stock management.
Oli Cullingworth – Group Food and Beverage Manager
Oli brings our food and beverage to life, providing the vision and operational tools to deliver great food and service. With his background in both operations and consultancy, he ensures that our catering is commercially viable, offers the latest concepts and provides the very best in guest experience. Working closely with the F&B teams on site, Oli’s focus is to drive group wide consistency to our catering offer whilst discovering the fresh, local produce that sits on our attraction’s doorsteps.

Chris, Nikki, Craig, Lyndsay, Anthony, Tony and Andy are amongst the most successful general managers in the business. Through their teams they deliver engaging stories and memorable places every day to our guests – who expect no less.
