Continuum Attractions have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Group Operations Manager.

Continuum Attractions has been a part of the UK attractions industry for almost four decades, establishing itself as one of the UK’s leading operators. We employ over 500 talented people across our sites located from Inverness to Portsmouth. Our attractions welcome almost two million guests each year, enchanting them with engaging visitor experiences that enrich, entertain and bring stories to life.

Our expanding portfolio of UK based attractions includes; ITV’s Coronation Street Experience and Emmerdale Village Tour, The Loch Ness Centre, The Real Mary King’s Close on Edinburgh’s Royal Mile and Spinnaker Tower in Portsmouth.

As Group Operations Manager you will lead the delivery of our guest experiences and commercial returns across a selection of our northern portfolio of attractions. This is a particularly exciting opportunity as it is a new role, which means you have the unique chance to shape the role and make a significant impact from the very start.

You will have line management responsibility for the high performing General Managers within the portfolio of attractions, contributing to the commercial development of each attraction to ensure consistency in commercial performance. You will also support in the preparation and delivery of the Annual Business Plans and provide regular reports on performance against attraction objectives.

In addition, you will facilitate and contribute towards meetings and future development opportunities of the attraction to ensure alignment with the overall vision and strategy of the company.

The Ideal Candidate

 You will have a strong operational background, ideally in the attractions/tourism industry and have an extensive understanding of the requirements of delivering successful sites both operationally, and creatively.

You will be passionate about our attractions and the guest experience and possess the attributes of a natural born leader, able to inspire teams to achieve their fullest potential.

Above all, a passion for service excellence is key, as is your desire and ability to build strong working relationships at all levels within the business.
