Two Continuum Finalists at Yorkshire Young Professionals Awards

We are proud to announce that two team members have been shortlisted for the prestigious Insider Yorkshire Young Professionals Awards 2026.

Chelsea Davis, Group People Manager, has been recognised in the Recruitment/HR Professional of the Year category, while Lawrence Rowland, Group Designer, is in the running for the Marketing and Media Professional of the Year.

The awards, organised by Insider Media, celebrate the region’s most talented professionals aged 35 and under across a wide range of industries. This year’s event attracted a record number of entries across 13 categories, highlighting the strength and depth of young talent across Yorkshire.

The winners will be announced at a black-tie ceremony at Headingley Stadium in Leeds on 10^th June.

About our finalists

Chelsea’s shortlist place recognises her dedication, leadership and expertise within the People team. Having grown with the business over nine years, she now leads the function as Group People Manager, supporting teams across all sites.

Her deep knowledge of employment law, balanced approach to employee relations and commitment to supporting both managers and all employees have helped create a strong, compliant and people-focused culture.

Meanwhile, Lawrence’s nomination reflects his outstanding contribution to the marketing function. Known for his creative, technical and strategic approach, he has played a pivotal role in improving customer experience, enhancing digital performance and delivering measurable commercial results across multiple attractions.

His proactive mindset and ability to combine design with performance-driven thinking have made a significant impact on campaigns, CRM activity and online user journeys.

The team will be cheering them on as they attend the awards ceremony in June, celebrating alongside some of the region’s brightest young professionals.
