Launching a new generation of attraction websites

We’ve taken a major step forward in our digital journey with the successful launch of six new attraction websites, delivered in partnership with Semantic.
Built on Semantic’s LOOP platform, these new sites give us a faster, more flexible and more user-friendly foundation for the future. They’ve been designed with our guests in mind - mobile-optimised, easy to navigate and focused on making it simpler to plan and book a visit. At the same time, they offer a much-improved content management experience for our internal teams.
This project has been a significant piece of work behind the scenes. Launching multiple sites simultaneously required close collaboration across our teams and with our partners and we’re proud of what we’ve achieved together.
For us, this is about creating a better digital experience for our guests at every stage of their journey - from inspiration and planning through to booking. Our websites play a crucial role in that experience and it’s essential that they perform as well as they look.
The new platforms are already delivering improvements in performance, accessibility and usability, helping us better meet the expectations of visitors.
As we continue to grow, having the right technology and systems in place is essential. These new websites are helping us build the foundations we need for the future - supporting our ambitions as a business and enabling us to deliver even better experiences for the most important people of all – our guests.
