Continuum Attractions supports Government VAT reduction scheme to make family days out more affordable

Summer is all about making memories together. Whether you're uncovering the secrets of a medieval castle, stepping into the world of your favourite TV show, discovering local history or indulging in a sweet adventure, there's nothing quite like spending quality time with family.

That's why we're delighted to be taking part in the Government's VAT reduction scheme for visitor attractions from 25th June until 1st September.

Across Continuum Attractions, we'll be implementing the scheme in full, reducing VAT on eligible family experiences from the standard 20% rate to just 5%. Most importantly, we're passing that saving directly on to our guests, helping make family days out more affordable during the summer holidays.

At a time when many households are carefully managing their budgets, we know that the cost of a day out can quickly add up. By taking part in the Government's scheme, we're helping families enjoy more experiences together and make the most of the summer break.

Going even further at selected attractions

But that’s not all. While we're implementing the Government's VAT reduction scheme across all attractions, we're also going one step further. Visitors to York's Chocolate Story, Oxford Castle Prison and The Loch Ness Experience will receive an additional 10% discount on top of the Government-backed VAT reduction, creating even greater value for families looking to explore, learn and have fun together.
