We are looking for an IT Support Engineer to join our energetic and ambitious team.
In this role you will be supporting a portfolio of 8 unique tourism attractions across the UK. This means the role is extremely varied and requires a fast thinker able to work well under pressure.
Working in a 1st and 2nd line role within the IT team, you will be supporting user’s onsite and remotely. Possessing the skills to log then diagnose faults quickly and efficiently. You will also assist the Group IT Manager in maintaining and development of the Group’s IT infrastructure.
Recent previous experience in a hands on IT environment is a must along with strong technical problem solving skills. With excellent communication and documentation skills, the successful candidate will have a professional attitude and proven experience of supporting enterprise IT products/services including:
