Continuum Attractions is one of the UK’s top leisure brands running major visitor attractions across the country and we’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join our brilliant marketing team to support us in our strategic objective of delivering outstanding experiences for our guests.
You’ll be driving the digital marketing and sales strategy for each of our brands looking at every touch point to ensure they gain maximum exposure across our digital platforms.
This is a 12 month maternity cover position, but there’s lots to get your teeth into, working cross functionally to ensure our digital execution performs and exceeds targets and looking at innovative ways we can develop and maximise ROAS.
You’ll need to get under the skin of our digital strategies and look for ways they can be improved in terms of exposure, conversation and to deliver a seamless high quality customer journey for each and every guest.
Working alongside fantastic and varied cross functional team – we’re dynamic, creative, nimble and at all times – guest centric. We’re a fun bunch who work hard and are willing to roll up our sleeves and ‘dive in’. You would be reporting to Jules our Head of Sales, Marketing and Brand Experience.

A Bit About You
You will be deeply curious about the external environment, identifying trends and insights that provide opportunities for our brands. Digital savvy you’ll relish looking at ways we can improve our footprint online and get excited about trying new things – we’re looking for someone who has hands on experience and isn’t frightened to roll up their sleeves and get the job done.
It goes without saying that you’ll have experience in CRM management, PPC strategies, love google analytics and be socially savvy. You’ll be a creative and experienced digital marketing manager or executive looking for the next step, with a successful track record in leading successful campaigns across a broad range of online channels to drive commercial growth.
Ideally, you’ll come from a visitor attraction, retail, or agency background – but if you’re super awesome and come from a different industry we’d love to hear from you!
The ability to analyse and interpret trends, manage agencies and measure the cost/benefits of your activities is a must. In addition you will have strong organisation and planning skills and be able to work at a fast pace, managing multiple projects at the same time.
