Continuum Attractions is a top leisure brand of major visitor attractions across the UK and we’re looking for a Brand Experience Manager.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join our brilliant team to support us in our strategic objective of delivering outstanding experiences for our guests.
You’ll be driving the live execution of our brands looking at every touch point to ensure our brands are lived and brought to life to the highest of standards.
This is a brand new role so there’s lots to get your teeth into to ensure brand standards are met and looking forward at innovative ways we can develop whilst staying true to our brand essence.
You’ll need to get under the skin of our attractions and develop a brand strategy that links the storytelling, F&B, retail and the team to deliver a seamless high quality visit for each and every guest.
Reporting to our Head of Sales and Marketing, Jules who’s super passionate about our business, loves creative thinking and isn’t frightened to take a risk. Outside of work Jules loves spending time with her family and sausage dog, Ruby and has a penchant for peanut butter related goodies.

A BIT ABOUT YOU
You will be deeply curious about the external environment, identifying trends and insights that provide opportunities for our brands. You’ll have a track record of developing and executing live brand innovation initiatives and be skilled at managing multiple projects concurrently.
It goes without saying that you are passionate and results focused with exceptional project management skills.
The ability to analyse and interpret trends, manage budgets and measure the cost/benefits of your activities is a must. In addition, you will have strong organisation and planning skills and be able to work at a fast pace, managing multiple projects at the same time. If you can unleash the potential of others and make it a great place to work for your colleagues then this would be the icing on the cake.
Ideally, you’ll come from a visitor attraction, retail, design, or new product development background – but if you’re super awesome and come from a different industry we’d love to hear from you!
