We are recruiting for a Duty Manager (Guest Experience) to join our management team at a unique heritage site in the centre of Oxford. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the castle, motivating the team to deliver a five-star guest experience and developing the offer to our visitors.
